"Refills are easy to manage"
Managing my refills has been simple so far, and I haven’t run into any real issues yet. Hopefully it stays that way, but if something does go wrong, I’d definitely expect a quick apology and an easy fix.

"Seems legit, but I'm just not totally sure"
The product looks real and it worked just fine for me, but the packaging felt a little off. I’m not saying it’s fake or anything, I’m just not fully confident yet.

"Pretty easy consult, like I expected"
I had a doctor consult through rocketrx.com and it went about as smoothly as I figured it would. The doctor asked the usual questions and didn’t make anything feel awkward, which was a big plus for me. The reply came back fast too, so that kind of confirmed my feeling that doing this online can be way less of a hassle. I do think the answers could’ve been a little more detailed, but everything was still clear and helpful. I’d use it again if I needed to.

"Decent site, but it could feel a bit more seamless"
Overall, the website worked fine for me and I was able to find what I was looking for without too much hassle. That said, a few pages loaded slower than I expected, and there were moments where I wasn’t totally sure where to click next. I ended up poking around a little more than I normally like to. My impression is that the site has the basics down, but it would feel a lot better if the navigation was a bit clearer and everything moved a little faster...

"Good prices, but I got a little nervous after paying"
The prices were lower than I expected, so I went ahead and ordered. I’ll admit, right after paying I got a bit suspicious and wondered if it was actually going to be worth it, but everything turned out fine. In the end, the order felt like a good deal and I don’t really have any complaints.

I had a question and support replied way quicker than I expected. They fixed it without making me sit around waiting, which was nice. Maybe I was overthinking the issue in the first place, but either way I’m happy with how it turned out.

"Shipping was a little all over the place"
The package showed up later than I expected, which was kind of annoying since I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the mornings. It did eventually arrive, though, and everything was okay once it got here

"Really discreet packaging, but shipping was slow"
My order showed up in plain packaging, which I really appreciated. There was nothing on the box that gave away what it was, so that part was definitely good. Shipping felt a bit slow though, so I’d probably give it 3 stars overall.

"Worked a little, but nothing special"
The meds helped some, but not as much or as quickly as I hoped. I had to try it a few times before I really noticed any difference, which I feel like is how these things always go. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just kind of average for me.

I can’t really speak to personal results, but I did like how easy it was to compare the treatment options. The site made everything feel a lot less confusing, less confusing than I expected, and it helped me get a better sense of what might make sense.

"Privacy seemed fine, but the communication was frustrating"
I used rocketrx.com once and didn’t run into any major privacy problems. The checkout process felt standard, but I found it annoying that they don’t explain more clearly what happens with your information or who it might be shared with. It wasn’t a bad experience, but for something like this, I’d really prefer the privacy details to feel more straightforward and confidential...

"My order got here way quicker than..."
My order got here way quicker than I thought it would. Everything looked fine and there weren’t any issues. Maybe they’ve got a warehouse nearby or I just got lucky with shipping, but either way I’m happy with it.

"Still not totally sure about it"
It seems okay, I guess, but I’m still not fully convinced. I’d double check everything before ordering, just to be safe. Like, really double check, because I’m not sure I’d trust it right away. It might be fine, but I’d definitely look it over again before buying.

"Honestly... the price I saw at..."
Honestly... the price I saw at checkout was the price I was actually charged. No random fees popping up later, no weird surprises. That’s really all I wanted.
